FOCUS The focus of the BA-meetup is on experience exchange, interaction and participation, rather than on listening to speakers' career or company achievements. The result is a proactive platform upon which successful networking can be built, the perfect place for face-to-face business discussions and comprehensive sector-specific services. What is an "UNCONFERENCE"? An unconference is a participant-driven meeting. It is a gathering that tries to avoid one or more aspects of a conventional conference, such as high fees, sponsored presentations. Unlike classical conference formats, the unconference relies on the passion of the participants and several of the sessions may be participatory workshop-events varying from so-called Fishbowl Conversations that allow the entire group to participate in a conversation, to Knowledge Cafe which aims to provide an open and creative conversation on a topic of mutual interest to surface their collective knowledge, share ideas and insights, and gain a deeper understanding of the subject and the issues involved.
