PRIME SPONSOR
The Prime Sponsorship is the most esteemed and visible of all sponsorships available and is reserved for only one organization or company.
It combines marketing and branding association before the event and maximum exposure during the conference. We view the prime sponsor as our partner in the successful executive
of the conference.
Addressing the Conference
The Prime Sponsor is given the opportunity to address the conference for 5 to 10 minutes during the Opening Plenary Session on Monday, March 14.
Signage Rights
The Prime Sponsor is entitled to provide appropriate signage in the main conference rooms and the foyer (excluded from signage rights is the Atrium area).
The Prime Sponsor's signage will be more prominent than those of any co-sponsors.
The Prime Sponsor's company name and logo appear (within production schedules) alongside other individual BA-MEETUP sponsors, yet more dominant, in the BA-MEETUP proceedings,
on the BA-MEETUP website and on a display board in the conference registration area.
Conference Projection Backdrop
The company logo of the Prime Sponsor will appear along side the BA-MEETUP logo and more prominently than those of any other sponsors
on the projection backdrops. The backdrops will be used during general announcements, at the start and end of sessions and at
all other times during the proceedings when the projector is not in use by presenters.
Mailing List
The Prime Sponsor may use the e-mail list of pre-registered attendees one time.
Meeting Room
The Prime Sponsor may use a meeting room for a half day corporate function.

Conference Logo Use

The Tuesdaynight in the Pub is a free networking event for all participants in the BA-MEETUP.
It will be held in the Middlesex Arms Pub right next to the Days Hotel where most attendees will stay overnight. The attendees will have free
dinner and drinks. A dart competition among the attendees will enhance the athmosphere.
The sponsor will have a unique venue to interact with and get to know the attendees,
and attendees will be able to interact throughout the evening with all sponsor representatives.
We will work alongside you to make this a major event within the BA-MEETUP and to provide opportunities
to promote your company.

SPONSORSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All sponsorships and advertising opportunities will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
- BA-MEETUP retains the right to reject any sponsor or advertisier that it deems inappropriate.
- After written acceptance by BA-MEETUP, the sponsor or advertiser will be invoiced, immediate payment is expected.
- Sponsorship pledges cannot be processed without payment.
Funds must be payed in € (Euros) by credit card or by wire transfer (please contact us for bank and account information.
- The sponsor must provide the sponsorship funds, logo image
(in the format required by BA-MEETUP) and other details required (such as correct use of the sponsor's name,
trademarks etc) to BA-MEETUP, within 20 days of receipt of acceptance.
- BA-MEETUP will not be liable for damage or loss to a sponsor's properties through fire, theft,
accident, or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise.
- No part of an exhibit and no signs or other materials may be pasted, nailed, or otherwise affixed to walls,
doors or other surfaces in a way that mars or defaces the premises or equipment and furnishings. Damage from
failure to observe this notice is payable by the sponsor.
- For sponsorship opportunities that include signage please note - Signage space may be limited. BA-MEETUP will
inform each sponsor of the maximum size, number of signs etc.
- All sponsorship materials must be submitted before ... to ensure inclusion in productions schedule.
Sponsorship pledges after this date may still be accepted with caveats.
- Sponsors and advertisers are allowed to offer pledges for single or multiple items/events.
- Should your company be interested in sponsorship or advertising package that is not listed here then please feel free to contact
us to discuss your preferences.
- Sponsorship is not limited to financial support per se, but can also take the form of provision of material
or services.
- The conference program itself is not open to sponsorship. However sponsors are welcome to respond to the
conference call for papers for consideration with other submissions.
- Sponsors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the item(s) sponsored nor represent advertise or
distribute literature or materials for the products or services of any other firm or organization
except as approved in writing by BA-MEETUP.
- A sponsor or advertiser for a given item at the current BA-MEETUP will be given first right of refusal
to sponsor or advertise the same item in next year's conference. If the sponsor or advertiser does not take up repeat opportunity within
4 weeks of notification by BA-MEETUP, then the opportunity will then be offered on a first-come first-served basis.

The official Delegate Directory will be the indispensable guide to the BA-Meetup.
With its full list of delegates, conference program, floor plan and additional useful information,
it will be widely available throughout the event and, as such, represents a powerful marketing tool for
those who want to maximize their presence at BA-Meetup. After the event, it is expected that the Directory
will be retained as a key reference tool.
