Traditional sponsorships are boring! BA-Meetup doesn't want you to be boring and the attendees don't want to be part of a borning event! Tell us what will work best for you, what really gets attention for your product, service or company and we are going to work out something. Let's be creative! We don't mind giving you an opportunity to getd on a soap box and say: "Hi, we here at "your company name" are thrilled to support this conference. I'm "so-and-so". I'll be here for the whole thing, and I hope you'll grab me to say Hi. Have a great three days!" Instead of just "sponsoring" a coffee break or luncheon, why not have a price draw. Distribute cards at the start of the break asking one question (e.g. "what is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear our company name?") and they have to write down their email address. You may even distribute ballpoints with the cards so, that everyone has something to write. During the coffee break the cards are collected. And at the end of the coffee break a prize is drawn. (mind you that our coffee breaks last 45 minutes!)What does it do for you? Your company name comes across strongly and participants have to come up with an answer who you are or what you do. The answers that you get may be of interest to your marketing department and they would have an email address to respond. If your company still prefers the traditional ways, okay, how about: Lanyards, Badges, Bags, etc? Banners? Can be done! But if you pay just a little bit more, an AudioVisual contractor could set up a flat screen display and you could show an animation or video. You could show your aircraft in flight, you could show the arrival and reception at your jet center. Most everyone will take a moment to look. In 30 seconds you could make an impression that you cannot when hanging up a banner with your name on it. Strong impressions come through the eye and stick in the mind! You don't need to rent a dazzling disco off site to be appreciated by the BA-meetup attendees. There is a Beach Volley Ball Court next to our venue and there could be a bit of a competition. In the same area is also the hotels' outdoor swimming pool. You'll be surprised what it does for socializing and networking to have an evening event setup in that area. At the most recent BA-Meetup in London, we played darts in the pub next door and it was fun. One of the attendees sang while playing her guitar. You could hear a needle drop. Let's talk about some great ideas! Conference Display Table $1,500 ; includes one registration (value $ 485) Display Tables are 6 foot draped tables with 2 chairs and will be placed in places of high traffic. No electrical power is offered for these tables. The tables do not include signage. A vendor may bring its own logo table drape or 22x28 sign if they would like a sign. No hanging banners allowed. All display items must fit on the 6' table, but can include table top displays as long as they do not hang off the provided table. No banner/floor stands or additional furniture will be allowed. The fee for a display table does not include logo placement in the brochure, on signage or on the website.
