the 2nd annual BA-Meetup will be held March 17-19, 2010 at the RAF Northolt Station - Education Centre, Northolt Airport, London, UK





IMPORTANT
Our venue is the Education Centre at RAF Northolt Station and thus situated on a military airbase. It is also located airside. As an aviation professional you will understand and appreciate that we will have to abide accordingly by security rules. The RAF is flexible and very helpful but, we must accept some limitations.
We will have to submit your registration information to the Security Officer of the airbase.
The registrations of citizens from Non-EU countries or Non-NATO countries (except Switzerland) will have to register 14 days prior to the conference.
We therefore urge you register in time since we have to submit your registration information to the RAF to arrange for the authorization of your badges.
Last-day or last-minute registrations at the the gate will NOT be accepted and thus you will NOT be admitted at the entrance gate by the military security guards.

By so doing you are entering into a contract and that contract requires the delegate named above to pay all delegate fees before joining the conference. Failure to do so may result in the named delegate being refused entry at the registration desk.

Before leaving to join the event please check with your administration department or accounts office that the delegate fee has been paid.

Cancellations up to and including 30 days prior to the event will be refunded, less a 10% administration fee. In the final 30 days prior to the event no refunds will be made.
