The registration fee is US$ 385 (= approx € 290 or £ 250) IT IS TOO LATE FOR REGISTERING You may register and pay by credit card on-line. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB and DISCOVER cards are accepted.  
 as well as approval of the  NBAA Official Student Group!REGISTRATION CONDITIONS The registration fee is payable before the start of the BA-MEETUP and must be paid in US Dollars. The payment is necessary to confirm the enrolment. Failure of payment may result in the participant being refused entry of the venue. Registration deadline is October 22, 2011 Substitution of participants may be made at any time online. Cancellations in writing up to and including 30 days prior to the event will be refunded, less a 20% administration fee after the BA-Meetup conference took place. After October 1, 2011 no cancellations will be accepted and accordingly no refunds made. "No shows" are non-refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation. Any person who attends a BA-Meetup grants permission to BA-Meetup, its employees and agents (collectively "BA-Meetup") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of BA-Meetup, including advertisements for BA-Meetup programs.
