People of various professions and interest of the business aviation industry come together to have a good talk with each other, listen, and learn from each other. The exchange of expertise, experiences and opinions has high priority. Considering the experiences of the recently held BA-Meetup and the expected significant increase in attendee numbers it will be necessary to schedule three streams of parallel sessions during the conference. It means that attendees will have a choice of three different sessions at any given time. The admittance to certain sessions may be limited; depending on the type of topic and expected interaction a too high number of partipants in one room may hamper the commucation. The conference planning foresees 19-24 sessions. The newly designed program format will enable to schedule sessions of various length 90, 60, 45, or 30 minutes. Sessions with a typical training/education accent as well as special forums will be planned for 90 minutes instead of the previous 60 minutes. It has proven that coffee breaks need to be extended to 45 minutes instead of the previous 30 minutes. The role of coffee breaks is less a breather but rather the opportunity to go into on-on-one discussions and to get more acquainted. |
