Tabletop Exhibition

The exhibit area is located in the room leading to the plenary session room.
In order to enable the highest possible interaction between conference attendees and the exhibitors,
the exhibition area will also be used for the coffee breaks, etc.
The cost per exhibition space is € 850.
This is strictly a Tabletop Show – no full-height displays of any kind and no carpentry will be allowed
on the exhibit floor. All display materials and demonstrations must be confined to the limits of the
Exhibitor’s rented display space. Therefore, it cannot exceed 2.4 m (8 feet) in height. Exhibitors in violation
of the tabletop rule will be required to make adjustments on site at their expense.

The high momentum for the BA-Meetup
conference in London Northolt and an increased interest from the Middle East have prompted the planning of a BA-Meetup in Dubai still in 2010.
Sponsors and exhibitors of the London Northolt BA-Meetup will be given the first right of refusal to sponsorship
opportunities and prime exhibit locations.

Exhibition Space Conditions and Rules
- Any space request received before January 15, 2010 will qualify for requested preferred locations. Requests are processed on "first-come-first-served" basis.
BA-Meetup makes every effort to accommodate each exhibitor’s preferred location. After January 15, 2010 BA-Meetup will assign the best remaining available Space.
- With the reservation of the Exhibition Space a credit card payment will be due.
If it not possible to make a credit card payment, a bank transfer can be made instead. An additional € 50 administration will be charged.
Exhibit space requests will not be processed or confirmed without payment.

Cancellations in writing up to and including 30 days prior to the event will be refunded, less a 10% administration
fee. In the final 30 days prior to the event no refunds will be made. Refunds will only be made after the BA-MEETUP.
"No shows" are non-refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
- All exhibits must be set by 08:30 am Wednesday, March 17, 2010
- Exhibitors may not tear down prior to 12:00 on Friday, March 19, 2010.
- Two free Staff Badge are included with the exhibit price and allows admission to all scheduled seminars and
social events and includes breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks.
- No Sounds to entice people to your booth are allowed (i.e. horns, whistles, bells, etc.)
- No alcohol allowed in booths
- Exhibitors may not hold prize drawings during session times.
- Exhibitors may not distribute materials outside of their of their assigned Exhibit Space or in meeting rooms
